NBA 2K21 is one of the games on Stadia’s lineup. The last Stadia Connect event held in July 2020 came with news regarding Google’s cloud gaming platform. Twenty news games were announced and NBA 2K21 is among them. Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice, Hitman 3, and Serious Sam 4 are on the list as well.
The release date for NBA 2K21 on Google Stadia was not yet revealed but rumor has it that is September 4th. We will have to wait for an official announcement before getting our hopes up. As soon as the news got out that NBA 2K21 will come to Stadia, players started asking one important question. Will NBA 2K21 on Stadia look the same as on next-gen consoles?
At the moment, the community is discussing how NBA 2K21 will run on Stadia. Wishful thinking enables some of the most optimistic fans to say that the game will run just like on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X. After all, Stadia is quite hardware potent so, in theory, it has the capability of delivering the highest quality of graphics. Others are reluctant about this because of the quality of gaming on Stadia strongly depends on the user’s internet connection.
The majority inclines to think that NBA 2K21 on Stadia will deliver the same performance as on current generation consoles, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. What we can say for sure is that most players will remain faithful to their existing gaming machines, be it PC or console. How about you? What’s your opinion on this? Will you buy the game on Stadia or stick to a traditional gaming platform?
